AFRICAN ART STUDIO
East Africa is home to many talented artists. Purchasing their art not only gives you a unique collectable found no where else, it helps to support those in need. You can have your own piece of African art by contacting us, attending our annual gala or going on a Humanitarian Safari.
African Art Studio – Supporting East Africa Artists
Hearts and Hands for Humanity is in the planning stage of creating an African Art Studio. Whether that means we will have a physical studio location to display and sell the art or have a virtual studio online we’re not even sure yet. What we can say is that the seed has been planted to make an effort to support artists in East Africa. By purchasing their art you’ll have unique, hand-crafted pieces found no where else in the world and it supports the artists so that they can have better opportunities, where many of them live in extreme poverty but are still trying to use their talented skills to make a living.
Until we finalize plans on what the African Art Studio will actually be, anyone can still contact us to acquire African art. Hearts and Hands for Humanity makes multiple trips to East Africa during the year to drill clean water wells and do other humanitarian services. Whether you want a piece of African art for your own home or to display on consignment in your own commercial studio, we have the connections to make it happen. Contact us to discuss more.

Acquire African Art At The Annual Hearts and Hands For Humanity Gala.
Hearts and Hands for Humanity has an annual fundraising Gala, usually in the Spring time. These are spectacular events with exquisite dining and entertainment from world-renowned performers like Adassa, the voice of Dolores from Disney’s Encanto. As part of the fundraising effort the evening will often include an auction of some of the more unique pieces of African art that we find during our trips to Africa.
If you’d like to attend our next Gala then follow us on social media and check back on this website often for announcements, sometimes as early as December for a Gala scheduled for March or April.
Come With Us To Tanzania and Acquire African Art At The Maasai Market.

Get on a plane and come with us on a Humanitarian Safari. This trip of a lifetime allows volunteer travelers the opportunity to perform some humanitarian activities, meet some wonderful people on the other side of the ocean, and explore the wonders of Africa. As part of the humanitarian portion of the trip we will often drill clean water wells, serve primary school lunches, distribute reusable feminine hygiene kits, volunteer at orphanages and do other humanitarian work. As part of the exploration portion of the trip, travelers will see some Africa’s most majestic creatures on a 2-day safari, and even visit the Maasai Market, where you can purchase your own hand-crafted art from local Tanzanian artists. The trip is also an excellent opportunity to buy Tanzanite at near wholesale prices. Tanzanite is a gem more rare than diamonds and only found in Tanzania, Africa.
